We manufacture various weighing devices for the livestock industry, such as scales for cattle and pigs, as well as carcass weighing scales (rail scales). In addition to robust fixed types, we also offer lightweight, portable battery-operated models with casters. You can choose from base materials ranging from inexpensive painted SS to hot-dip galvanized finishes that can withstand harsh operating environments, as well as all-stainless steel options.

It has a simple structure with the foot directly attached to the load cell, making it less prone to swaying compared to types with spherical receiving brackets, and it does not instill fear in living organisms. Additionally, the weight stabilization function of the indicator ensures accurate weight readings even if the subject moves around. This is a hanging type weighing device that is attached to a rail for moving branch meat. It is a product that has obtained type approval, so it can also be used for transaction certification purposes. Additionally, it can be integrated with PCs and other devices for weighing and report management, allowing for system upgrades. It is compatible with updates to existing weighing sections or system devices from other manufacturers, and the layout of weighing slips can be freely customized, enabling integration with higher-level systems. As an example of equipment configuration, it can range from a simple setup with just the weighing section and a waterproof indicator installed on the rail, to a data collection system that includes a control panel with a touch screen and label printer in addition to the weighing section, as well as a higher-level computer.
