The "Medium-sized Planetary Ball Mill" is a grinding machine that has a well-established reputation as a high-efficiency micro-grinding machine for small-scale grinding, with an expanded container capacity from the conventional MAX 500ml x 4 units to 1000ml x 4 units. **Features** (1) It is effective for the crushing treatment of solid materials, aggregates, and other "relatively brittle materials" after drying (up to an average of about 20μ). (Continuous operation is possible.) (2) All "crushing teeth and casing liners," which are subject to wear and tear during operation, are made of wear-resistant resin (polyamide-based), which can virtually prevent the contamination of materials with inorganic impurities. (The resin components are sufficiently durable, with a typical replacement frequency of every few months to a few years.) (3) Despite its compact size, it has a processing capacity of about 100 kg/hr at maximum. (4) The replacement of parts such as crushing teeth is easy. (5) By combining with a raw material hopper and automatic feeder, unmanned continuous operation is possible. (6) The material of the crushing teeth can be made from various ceramics in addition to resin.

Our ball mills continue to be used as basic machines in various industries, leveraging the advantages of traditional ball mills while being fully considered for use as grinders and mixers for functional materials and other fine ceramics that require cutting-edge technology. The grinding drum materials include SS400 and SUS304 for general industrial use, as well as rubber lining and alumina, while MC nylon, special alloys, and high-purity alumina are available for fine materials. We can provide various materials as required by users. For grinding catalysts, various materials are also available to match the grinding drum's material, allowing for free selection. The grinding media has been reduced in size to meet the recent demand for ultra-fine grinding, commonly referred to as sub-micronization. This small diameter grinding media is being accommodated.

Raw solid materials (MAX 10mm) are continuously fed between two vertically rotating disks, where they are crushed to sizes ranging from a few millimeters to several hundred micrometers through mutual grinding and shearing action. The particle size of the processed material is adjusted according to the spacing between the disks. 【Features】 1) The use of specially structured disks allows for a relatively sharp particle size distribution in the processed products. 2) The adjustment of disk spacing is easy and can be finely tuned. 3) Various materials for the disks can be selected according to the intended use. (Alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, SK material hardened, etc.) 4) A water cooling mechanism is standard equipment (except for the smallest model). 5) Due to its sealed structure, grinding in an inert gas atmosphere is possible. 6) All contact parts such as casing, cover, and chute are made of SUS304 and have a buff finish. 7) Continuous unmanned operation is possible through a combination of control panels equipped with various interlocks, raw material hoppers, and automatic feeders.
