We perform milling/turning mixed processes using a multi-tasking machine with a single chuck setup. With full 5-axis capability, we can manufacture shapes that cannot be processed on a 3-axis machine. We can utilize the characteristics of a 5-axis machine to create continuous grooves and protrusions on the cylindrical side, as well as undercuts in the inner diameter. High-precision machining with dual spindles is possible with our multi-tasking machine.

Achieving the same level of weight reduction as mass-produced products in gear prototypes, and being able to perform weight reduction processing equivalent to injection-molded products through cutting processing allows for strength and durability evaluations before mold construction.
