In 1998, we were among the first in the prototyping industry to introduce the Sinterstation from the U.S. company DTM, and we have a proven track record with many prototypes. Currently, we have three machines in operation: the Sinterstation 2500plus and SEMplice (large powder sintering additive manufacturing). We offer two types of materials: DuraForm (equivalent to nylon 12) and DuraForm GF (glass-filled). Additionally, we can provide a comprehensive service in-house, from solid modeling to manufacturing, painting finishes, and, if necessary, machining of the manufactured parts.

By introducing a large 5-axis controlled NC machine, we provide precision machining technology with higher accuracy and quality. The large 5-axis NC machine can process complex shapes with multiple angle information from any angle, allowing simultaneous processing of multiple surfaces without the need to reposition the workpiece. It is capable of machining products that have holes or cutting sections at various angles and multiple locations. Additionally, it allows for machining of many surfaces with the minimum necessary fixtures, leading to process consolidation and reduced man-hours, which helps shorten delivery times. In 1983, we were among the first in the Chubu region to introduce prototype production using vacuum casting, and we have accumulated over 25 years of experience and know-how. We also have a PP-like material that is similar to nylon, featuring high elongation, high impact resistance, and high heat resistance up to 150°C, and it is hingeable.

From the solid modeling service, we can perform modeling and painting finishing consistently in-house. Using EDEN modeling as a master, we also accommodate small lot, diverse reproductions through vacuum casting with materials like ABS-like, PP-like, high heat-resistant, rubber-like, and transparent resins.
