DataCom Inc. is a company that develops and sells management systems and analytical systems for the retail industry.

We need to start by changing people and organizations rather than focusing solely on system issues. Until now, the selling side (manufacturers) has primarily aimed at selling, with little involvement in the utilization of systems, especially concerning people and organizations, which has been a problem. Moving people is not easy, but we must begin with the basics of being human and cultivate a sense of gratitude that has been forgotten. Once we can embrace a spirit of gratitude, we will be able to experience inspiration. This will allow us to perceive current challenges not as others' problems but as our own, leading to their resolution. While addressing the challenges of people and organizational transformation that have been issues for Japanese companies, I want to continue building systems and proposing strategic systems that are required by businesses.
