The targeted bed flushing nozzle, flat nozzle, is an energy-efficient nozzle that can flush a target 300mm ahead with a width of 200mm. The tip nozzle can be adjusted to a 45-degree angle (for targeting) and does not change angle with low-pressure coolant. Due to the externally adjustable rotation mechanism, there is no concern about chip clogging. With a flat discharge equivalent to 8mm, it has the cleaning capability of five straight nozzles in one.
