The grinding coolant filtration product, the grinding coolant purification tank (for magnetic materials), removes chips from the coolant liquid while maintaining the properties of the oil. As a manufacturer of magnetic devices, we utilize our years of experience and know-how to implement a special magnetic arrangement structure (MSJ type magnet) and expand the purification area, allowing for the high recovery rate of grinding sludge. The sludge collected by the MSJ type magnet can be easily retrieved using the included cleaning scoop. Additionally, the independent structure of the magnetic component facilitates handling and routine inspections, resulting in a safe, trouble-free design. The micro separator (MSR-200 type: with case) is standard equipment, allowing the liquid purified by the MSJ type magnet to pass through the micro separator for secondary purification, enhancing sludge removal efficiency. The standard type coolant purification tank is equipped with a tower-type liquid level gauge, making it easier to visually confirm the liquid level compared to side-mounted types, allowing for easy monitoring of the liquid level condition. The Kyuro Filter for grinding coolant filtration is compatible with any processing material. Sludge accumulates from the bottom, and the weight causes the filter element to extend. Rubber hoses are used on both the IN and OUT sides of the coolant, allowing for visual confirmation of changes in coolant cleanliness. The grinding coolant filtration product, Stretch Filter, is a long-lasting filter that maintains a filtration precision of 10μ or less, regardless of the material of the workpiece (magnetic, non-magnetic, or abrasive). Sludge accumulates from the bottom, and its weight causes the filter element to extend. This increases the filtration area while preventing a decrease in the flow rate of the coolant liquid. The filter case is transparent, making it easy to check the collection of sludge. Additionally, a red line indicating the replacement guideline is marked on the case, simplifying the understanding of the filter replacement cycle. Its simple structure allows for one-touch replacement of the filter even while in operation. Furthermore, it has been designed to be lightweight, making it easy to place on a cart, and it can be used offline for continuous cleaning of the tank. Depending on the specified flow rate, the unit can be installed in parallel with 1 to 4 units. The grinding coolant filtration product, High Mag Separator (magnetic roll separator), is a continuous discharge device for grinding chips. It is a high-quality series that surpasses conventional products and is ideal for purifying grinding machines. By adopting a special internal structure in the main body of the High Mag Separator, we have significantly reduced the accumulation of sludge inside the unit. The contact area of the coolant with the magnet has been expanded, greatly improving the sludge recovery rate. We will widen the magnetic roll using high magnetic force magnets and design a dedicated magnetic circuit to improve sludge recovery rates. Additionally, in line with the improvement in sludge recovery rates, we will adopt rubber rolls made of materials that excel in durability and oil resistance for the dewatering rubber rolls. It is also possible to change the rotation speed of the magnetic roll according to the amount of sludge.

The "Magnet Separator (Comb Type)" is a primary filtration device for coolant that enhances sludge adsorption efficiency and improves the cleanliness of coolant liquid. By making the magnetic roll have a textured shape, the area for sludge adsorption is expanded. The textured magnetic roll allows magnetic sludge to adhere to the recesses, where it can also capture abrasive particles and be discharged together with the magnetic sludge.
