Additionally, it can process materials that are the same width as the product for most products, which helps reduce material waste. However, since it processes complex shapes, its rotation speed is inferior to that of the press machine. ○ The progressive press machine can increase its rotation speed and process a large quantity in a short time. It can also significantly reduce the time required for mold changes, known as setup. However, because the press operates through vertical motion, it is difficult to accommodate complex shapes.
