Nabtesco Service Co., Ltd. was established in February 1971 as a 100% subsidiary of Japan Air Brake Co., Ltd. (later Nabco Co., Ltd., now Nabtesco Corporation) with the aim of providing sales services for air brake parts for commercial vehicles. Today, it operates in a wide range of fields, from automobiles, railways, and ships to construction machinery, industrial machinery, and even environmental equipment, engaging in the design, manufacturing, sales, maintenance, and repair of various products, including pneumatic equipment, hydraulic equipment, and electronic devices. Auto connectors, auto couplers, couplers, automatic piping switching devices Automation and labor-saving of equipment. As a core of FA (Factory Automation) business, we have provided auto connectors (automatic coupling and uncoupling devices for piping, hoses, and couplers) to the market as products that contribute to the automation and labor-saving of equipment in the steel, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. It is possible to automatically couple and uncouple any coupler, piping, wiring, hose, or connector in bulk. In addition, in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical fields, new production methods (batch plants and pipe-less plants) have been adopted to respond to product diversification, labor-saving, and environmental issues, requiring the automation of piping coupling and uncoupling, hose switching, and pipeline cleaning. Our automatic piping switching device automates the switching, connecting, and uncoupling operations of hoses and piping across multiple lines. Compared to conventional valve blocks and automatic valve systems, it excels in line independence (elimination of cross-contamination), low running costs, space-saving, and cleanability, and its advantages become more pronounced as the number of lines increases. It can also accommodate special couplers (high temperature, high pressure, powders, slurries, food, solvents, gases, etc.). All products are made to order.
