The resistance of the test sample to temperature changes is evaluated by alternately exposing it to high and low temperature environments for short periods. Rapid temperature changes can be repeatedly applied to check for cracks or failures in the test sample. 【Equipment Overview】 ■ Air Chamber Type Thermal Shock Device Automatically switches the airflow into the test area using dampers to continuously apply thermal shock. ■ Humidity Thermal Shock Device A testing device capable of conducting cold and heat cycle tests as well as condensation cycles. ■ Elevating Thermal Shock Device *Newly Introduced The test area has two zones (high temperature and low temperature) that can be moved up and down, allowing for quick attainment of the set temperature and reduction of test time. With internal dimensions of 650x650x650, it has specifications suitable for testing for European automotive manufacturers. ■ Others Also capable of conducting splash water tests.

By conducting tests related to protection against various foreign substances (such as hands, steel balls, steel wires, dust, water, etc.), we evaluate the product's waterproof performance, dustproof, and dust resistance. Simulate the thermal shock caused by water splashes when driving on wet roads with cold water in winter, and confirm the effects on mechanical strength and waterproof performance due to thermal shock. 【Test Overview】 ● Water Spray Test (Splash Water Test) 1. Place the test subject in a constant temperature chamber and maintain it at the maximum operating temperature* for 1 hour or the specified time. 2. Move the test subject from the constant temperature chamber to the water spray location within 20 seconds. 3. Spray cold water on the test subject for 3 seconds. 4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the specified number of times. ● Immersion Test: 1. Place the test subject in a constant temperature chamber and maintain it at the maximum operating temperature* for 1 hour or the specified time. 2. Move the test subject from the constant temperature chamber to the immersion location within 20 seconds. 3. Immerse in a cold water tank for 5 minutes while in operation. *The maximum ambient temperature at which the system/component can operate continuously.

By significantly increasing the vapor pressure in the test chamber above the vapor pressure of the moisture inside the sample, the intrusion of moisture into the sample can be accelerated, allowing for a quicker evaluation of moisture resistance. The pressure cooker test is conducted in an environment with temperatures above 100°C and a high-density water vapor atmosphere. 【Scope of Application】 Small electronic components, primarily those that are not hermetically sealed. However, it does not aim to evaluate effects occurring on the surface of the sample, such as corrosion or deformation. 【Test Overview】 - An electrical bias is usually applied to the sample. - The test conditions should be carefully selected, as they can significantly impact the failure modes that occur in the specimen. - The tests are conducted at a relative humidity of 85% across three different temperature levels. The severity of the test is defined by the duration of each test.

Vibration testing simulates the usage and transportation environments to verify whether the product can perform its functions. Products that are not affected by vibrations during normal use still need to consider the vibrations experienced during transportation. 【Equipment Overview】 ● Combined Environmental Vibration Test System Simultaneously or individually controls three environmental conditions: "vibration," "temperature," and "humidity," applying environmental stress to the test samples. This allows for testing that aligns with actual environmental conditions, resulting in more reliable tests. ● Vibration Test System Main tests include sinusoidal vibration tests, random vibration tests, and shock tests to confirm vibration resistance performance. ● Shock Test System Capable of generating various pulse types (positive half sine, sawtooth, trapezoidal) for the required shock action duration. ● Drop Test System Can securely hold test samples weighing up to 5 kg in any orientation, allowing for stable free-fall tests.
