We have been expanding our business as a total planner in vacuum technology.
Our company started in 1988 as an overseas export trading company for vacuum thin film manufacturing equipment, and has expanded its operations as a "total planner of vacuum technology" up to the present day. During this time, we have focused on the development of optical thin film materials, as well as the sales of ion beam processes and refrigeration units (Sapcold). Additionally, we have developed and are set to launch the GCIB (Gas Cluster Ion Beam) process equipment, which is expected to be an important technology in the next generation of nano-processing. Starting with glasses and camera lenses, we now see new media continuously emerging in the optical-related industry, including digital cameras, mobile phones, and medical lenses.
Business Activities
As a specialized trading company in the vacuum industry, we propose and provide total services tailored to customer needs, including the sale and maintenance of vacuum deposition equipment, thin film materials, ion sources and their applied products, and GIB applied products. Our products, particularly in the field of gas cluster ion beams, are unmatched by competitors. 【Demo Test Irradiation】 We conduct demo tests for GCIB and ion beam etching. The refrigeration units from Sap Cold, used to improve the pumping capacity of vacuum deposition equipment, undergo pre-shipment testing at our Sagamihara Service Center and are used in Japan, China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Additionally, we perform overhauls of vacuum pumps used in vacuum equipment at our Sagamihara Service Center.
