Equipped with 4 nozzles on the head, it automatically transports and programs 4 ICs simultaneously, achieving a productivity of UPH1800. The pitch between the nozzles is aligned with the pitch between the programmer's adapters, enabling simultaneous pickup and improving productivity. The AT3-310A2N supports even smaller ICs (2x3mm) due to the high-resolution CCD upgrade compared to conventional models. The input and output devices can be freely combined with trays, tapes, and tubes. With powerful software control, writing, verification, and carrier conversion are accomplished in a single process.

Software with the latest ICs is available for download from our website, and adding algorithms for new ICs is easy even after purchase. With a high-speed multi-pin rubber, it achieves fast writing and reliable writing for all memory types, including high-speed, low-voltage devices.

This is an IC automatic transport and programming system for trays, tubes, and tapes (combinations of IN/OUT are possible). It enables reliable writing, testing, media conversion, and marking with powerful software control (options are available for features other than writing). In addition to two positioning CCD cameras, a dedicated module achieves efficient and reliable multi-site IC writing. This is a high-speed automatic writing device equipped with four multi-nozzles, achieving a production rate of 2000 units per hour (UPH). It is compatible with various device transport media, including trays, tubes, and tapes. In addition to automatic writing, it can also be used for IC testing, media conversion, and optional marking. With two positioning CDD cameras and a high-speed image processing system, along with a dedicated module and powerful programming software, it ensures accurate and reliable writing.

The HL-720 is a system that efficiently and precisely conducts appearance inspection, mark inspection, and surface inspection of ICs mounted on tubes using a high-precision 3D image measurement method. The process of the system is as follows: First, the marks and surfaces of the IC on the tube side are scanned in 2D using a moving CCD mounted on the head. After suctioning the IC, a 3D appearance inspection is performed on a fixed CCD, and the IC is stored in the outer side of the tube. Since the tube's inner and outer sides move alternately, the time loss during IC suction and storage is reduced. Additionally, the attachment and detachment of the tube can be performed with simple operations. The system is capable of inspecting and marking up to 8,000 leads per hour.
