This is an IC automatic transport and programming system for trays, tubes, and tapes (combinations of IN/OUT are possible). It enables reliable writing, testing, media conversion, and marking with powerful software control (options are available for features other than writing). In addition to two positioning CCD cameras, a dedicated module achieves efficient and reliable multi-site IC writing. Various I/Os can be easily configured, allowing for flexible exchange of IN/OUT media according to the medium in which the IC is stored.
