Business Activities
Three Pillars of the Business Large Component Machining, FSW (Friction Stir Welding), Manufacturing and Sales of Metal Architectural Design Panels 1. Large Machining Machining of related components for defense, new energy, semiconductors, large medical devices, industrial automation, etc. Contributing to the field of large machining such as prototypes and jig manufacturing Equipment: Two 5-axis gantry machining centers (4000×2000) Two gantry machining centers (2500×1000) One horizontal machining center (X stroke 2000×Y 1500) 2. FSW (Friction Stir Welding) - A New Joining Technology to Replace Welding Joining without melting the metal or producing sparks Due to low-temperature joining, there is very little deformation (distortion) Enhancing quality, reducing skill dependency, and energy saving Since it is performed using NC, quality is stable and does not require skilled technicians Environmentally friendly 3. Manufacturing and Sales of Metal Architectural Design Panels Production of architectural art and design panels, including interior and exterior panels for stores and art works In-house developed metal barrier painting "Kokuhan" Achievements: Side wall of Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, exterior walls of commercial buildings, interior panels for stores, nameplates for shrines and temples, artworks by Kohei Nawa, and many others.
