At Osaka Glass Industry, we have newly established in-house facilities capable of "glass tube strengthening processing" to enhance the strength of tubular glass! This was developed in response to requests for "omnidirectional visibility." We can apply strengthening processing to short glass tubes that do not exceed 100mm in length, and processing is possible from just one piece. (Traditionally, glass tube strengthening required a length of over 100mm and a certain number of pieces.) We can accommodate glass tubes up to approximately 300mm in length, with a minimum diameter of 120φ to a maximum diameter of 300φ.
