It adopts a structure not found in conventional machines. With all-axis linear motor drive, it achieves high motion performance and low vibration. Additionally, it enhances surrounding functions such as thermal displacement measures, disturbance vibration measures, and on-machine measurement. The accuracy stability during long hours of operation and the reliability as a processing system have been improved.
