The "OMG Series" screw meter volumetric flow meter has a structure that allows fluids to flow linearly, resulting in significantly lower pressure loss compared to conventional gear-type meters, and it also reduces the load inside the flow meter. The measurement accuracy is very high at ±0.1 RS, making it suitable for use as a flow reference instrument. It can measure a wide range of fluids, including high-viscosity liquids such as adhesives, sealants, PVC, and polyols, as well as low-viscosity fuels like gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. The "OMH Series" is a screw-type volumetric flow meter compatible with a maximum pressure of 42 MPa. It is also referred to as a screw meter or helical gear meter. The movement of the rotating screw, driven by the flow of fluid, is detected by a pickup sensor and output as a pulse signal. OME is a low-pressure model of the economy type. To achieve cost reduction and a low price, the main body material is aluminum, and the detection method and number of parts have been reduced. Although the output pulse has decreased, the internal spiral gear is the same as that used in OMG, maintaining high precision of ±0.1% R.S. A new amplifier box has been added, integrating a 2-phase 90° phase difference pulse (PNP) and a temperature sensor Pt100Ω. With 4-fold input, calculations can be performed with 1/4 pulse resolution, simplifying wiring compared to conventional types. It is lightweight and compact, making it ideal for measuring fuel consumption in various engines, and is also used for performance testing of fuel pumps. The flow monitor operates by the internal magnet being pushed up by the flow of fluid, and the pointer moves in conjunction with the magnet to indicate the flow rate. Since oil does not flow directly over the scale section, it is easy to read the scale. It can be installed in any orientation, either vertically or horizontally. The standard type can handle temperatures up to 116°C, but we also offer high-temperature "H" series and ultra-high-temperature "J" series. Additionally, we have a dedicated "P" series for aircraft hydraulic fluids. The scale for oil has been pre-calibrated based on a specific gravity of 0.873 and a viscosity of 40 mm²/s, so conversion from the water scale is unnecessary. It converts the pulse signal from the flow meter into an analog linear output of 4-20mA or 0-10VDC. The FPC series pulse/analog converter is an isolated converter with a 5-digit LED monitor. Settings and adjustments can be made while viewing the monitor, and no special setting device or PC is required. The monitor can switch between displaying instantaneous flow and linear output (analog output). It is equipped with a standard power supply for the sensor (DC12V 50mA). The "TD900 Series" is a high-precision flow meter that offers high-speed calculations and high-speed output. It provides instantaneous flow output (±10VDC) for both forward and reverse flow, and in the case of the two-phase pulse input type, it can calculate pulse resolution at 1/4 through 4-fold input. It outputs flow changes with remarkable realism, tracking variations during valve opening and closing, pump startup, changes in pump discharge flow due to servo motors and inverters, and pulsating flow from piston pumps.
