The "SDW/SDC-U type" is a general-purpose cooling tower equipped with newly developed, high-performance filling material (with built-in eliminator) and a new fan casing. The newly designed original reducer that uses a narrow V-belt is compact and easy to maintain, and the FRP lower water tank has a tapered design, making cleaning easy. The "SBW/SBC type" is a general-purpose cooling tower that uses high-performance filling material with excellent heat exchange properties. The "MXW/MXC-U type" has changed all the spray water piping to internal piping, resulting in a simple appearance and enhancing safety during construction. It is a sealed cross-flow type general cooling tower. Through optimization design of flow using a three-dimensional inverse method, it has improved air supply capacity and reduced operating noise, achieving standardization for a maximum single cell model of 150RT. The "RJ-CA type" is a chiller for semiconductor manufacturing equipment that uses natural refrigerant (CO2). With a built-in ultra-compact canned pump and Ebara's inverter control technology, it enables space-saving and energy-saving features. We would like to introduce our semiconductor manufacturing equipment chiller, the 'RJ-XA model'. It uses a low GWP refrigerant (R513A) that complies with global environmental regulations. It also achieves reduced power consumption through inverter control. We offer energy-saving "closed cooling towers" equipped with inverter-built PM motor pumps. The standard model operates at 100% during operation, but the energy-saving model achieves energy efficiency through rotational speed control based on the required water distribution amount.
