"Aokimono" began its journey into calligraphy from a moment of realization during the Great East Japan Earthquake in Sendai, feeling that "I don't know when or how things will change," and thinking, "I will shape what I can do based on my ideas!" This time, we will hold a solo exhibition titled "Kuro Ten," selecting 20 works from over 80 pieces created over the past year and a half, themed around "Bi-Callygraphy," a coined term meaning a unified piece of calligraphy in both Japanese and English. On the 15th (Saturday), as part of the exhibition celebration, we will serve black food and black sweets for free at the venue, +cafe (Tasucafe) in Suginami, Tokyo. Additionally, on the 15th (Saturday), the first 30 people who register in advance through our website and attend will receive one complimentary drink and a commemorative gift from the "Kuro Ten" exhibition. ■This is a website that publishes information about "Kaopane" (face panels). Tourist spots, stations, and landmarks display panels called face panels and face cut-out panels (hereafter referred to as Kaopane) that are rooted in the local area and its attractions. By sticking your face through these panels and taking photos, you can easily capture fun pictures. This site collects Kaopane from various locations and archives that information. ■We are recruiting for the Kaopane Exploration Team. We are looking for Kaopane explorers who will help liven up the "Kaopane Exploration Team." Registration for the exploration team is open to anyone. Anyone with Kaopane photos can participate. Additionally, those who want to take and post Kaopane photos in the future are also welcome to join. If you have photos of currently displayed Kaopane, as well as past or limited-time Kaopane, please consider joining the exploration team.
