Over time, the effectiveness of the cleaning capabilities of the furnace has become evident, leading to the development of excellent equipment used even for cleaning synthetic fiber nozzles (spinnerets). This fluidized bed technology achieves homogeneous fluidization control at low pressure, allowing for the sublimation of adhered resin in a short time and enabling extremely high-level cleaning of synthetic fiber nozzles and shut-off nozzles. Since no tools or abrasives are used, it does not create unnecessary scratches or dents on the interior. Additionally, due to strict temperature control, issues such as hardness reduction do not occur, resulting in safe and high-quality cleaning outcomes. Our company has introduced a high-performance fluidized bed cleaning furnace in-house to begin maintenance of Herzog's shut-off nozzles and to meet the cleaning needs for spinnerets and breaker plates. We recommend that you request cleaning from us as soon as possible before the resin carbonizes. If done before carbonization, it can be easily removed, as shown in the attached photo, allowing for extremely high-level cleaning.
