Environmentally friendly high-performance vibration control material "Neofade"

NeoFade is a high-performance vibration-damping material based on functional resins. By simply adhering it to the vibration source, it suppresses noise and vibrations generated by the equipment, creating a comfortable space. Material selection can be tailored to the usage temperature environment and target frequency. Additionally, we propose a new method of forming vibration-damping layers through injection molding, replacing the traditional application of damping sheets and damping paints. It can be processed using various methods such as adhesion of molded products, insert molding, and two-color molding. Applications include suppressing noise and vibrations in household appliances (vacuum cleaners, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, air conditioners, etc.), reducing drive noise and impact noise in industrial machinery, and lowering operating noise in precision electronic devices (PCs, office automation equipment, medical devices, etc.). When used in sports equipment (rackets, clubs), it provides a pleasant feel upon impact. Standard products include sheet types with thicknesses of 1mm and 2mm, as well as pellet types in heat-formable grades and film types of 125μm. We also accept various processing requests such as die-cutting of sheets and laminating with other materials like sound-absorbing foam.
