Rated torque options are available at 200Nm, 500Nm, and 1kNm. The rotor shaft length is shortened by 20mm compared to the conventional model, now at 54mm, with a torsional rigidity of 355kNm and a bending rigidity of 161Nm (rated at 200Nm), achieving a maximum rotation speed of 30,000 rpm. Data communication between the rotor and stator is highly resistant to electromagnetic noise due to ATESTEO's proprietary infrared transmission, making it suitable for electric powertrain test benches. It allows for high-precision torque measurement of 0.05% and speed measurement using an optical speed encoder.

Data transmission from the rotor to the stator uses infrared, allowing for close placement to the dynamometer. By eliminating the intermediate bearing, the entire test equipment can be miniaturized. It is an all-in-one type with an amplifier built into the stator. Measurement values are output from the stator via frequency (60kHz±20kHz), analog (voltage, current), and CAN.

Temperature measurement data from 8 channels (up to 16 channels) using thermocouples is transmitted from the rotor to the stator via a digital transmission method. The measurement values are output in analog and CAN formats. There are two types available: a temperature measurement flange compatible with high-speed rotation (up to 15,000 rpm) and a temperature measurement ring that can be mounted on an existing rotating shaft. The inner diameter of the temperature measurement ring can be customized.
