The UE wrinkle removal roll is a product that allows for the removal of wrinkles while transporting the web by stretching and contracting the surface rubber in accordance with the roll's rotation, similar to manually stretching the web from the center outward. Since the thickness and angle of the roll do not change at the center and edges, it can remove wrinkles uniformly to the ends without excessively stretching the web. We would like to introduce our wrinkle-removing rolls. They can remove wrinkles from materials such as fabric, non-woven fabric, plastic film, paper, and fiberglass. The "FE-50" is a wrinkle-removing roll of the rubber string type with a roll outer diameter of φ50 and a roll surface length of 700mm or less. It is capable of removing wrinkles from plastic films and similar materials. As the roll rotates, numerous rubber strings repeatedly stretch and contract.
