The ULREA series has introduced a tabletop experimental machine!

The ULREA SS-11-75 is a tabletop experimental device with a reaction chamber disk diameter of φ75, allowing for small-scale experiments. By utilizing a forced thin film as the reaction space, it enables the production of nanoparticles and the synthesis of new materials, which were previously impossible with conventional reaction devices. Microreactor ULREA SS-11-75

ULREA is a forced thin-film microreactor, a new principle reaction device that utilizes the microchannel formation technology we have independently developed.

ULREA is a reactor that uses a forced thin film (microchannel) formed between a rotating disk and a fixed disk as the reaction field. It can be applied to all chemical reactions, including crystallization and reduction reactions. Particle size can be easily controlled from single nanoparticles to microparticles. A tabletop experimental device with a reaction disk diameter of φ75 has been introduced. It allows for experiments with small quantities.

Precision disperser, stirrer, emulsifier - Creamix

Contributing to the forefront of science and industry! Precision dispersion, emulsification, stirring, mixing, and dissolution can all be achieved with one machine!

The precision dispersing machine, stirring machine, and emulsifying machine "CreaMix" consists of a high-speed rotating rotor and a screen arranged with a small clearance (usually 0.2 to 0.5 mm). The processing material, energized by the high-speed rotating rotor, increases its velocity as it passes through the screen slit, forming a pulsed jet flow within the processing material in the tank, generating shear forces between the materials at the velocity interface. The high-speed rotating rotor determines the discharge flow lines based on its lead angle, which contributes to the axial flow component and the centrifugal force component, while the width and number of the screen slits determine the absolute velocity of the jet flow and the frequency of the pulses. This allows for control over the desired particle size and particle size distribution width. The clearance between the rotor and the screen is extremely small, not intended to provide shear force in the gap, but rather to convert the rotor's discharge flow into a jet flow from the screen slit as much as possible, serving the purpose of preventing leaks. When the rotor blades pass through the screen slit, the jet flow stops, and when the next blade arrives, the jet flow is discharged. This mechanism ensures that a continuous pulsed jet is emitted, preventing any accompanying flow.

M coil type heat exchanger

Of course, a high heat exchange rate, this is the ideal form of a heat exchanger that also takes into account CIP/SIP and maintenance!

The M-coil type heat exchanger consists of heat transfer tubes that form the flow path for the process fluid and a flow path for the utility side heat transfer medium formed by the partition plate and the outer surface of the heat transfer tubes. The process fluid and utility fluid exchange heat in a fully counterflow configuration within a spiral flow path. The heat transfer tubes through which the process flows use seamless pipes, and since there are no welded joints inside the main body, there are no issues related to deterioration or defects in the welds. Additionally, due to the coiled and movable structure of the heat transfer tubes, they absorb the stress generated by frequent heat shocks.
