CreaMix is a precision dispersing, stirring, and emulsifying machine that uses a unique technology to generate liquid-liquid shear forces. The treatment material, given kinetic energy by a high-speed rotating rotor, increases in velocity as it passes through the screen slit section, forming a pulsating jet flow within the treatment material in the tank. This generates shear forces (liquid-liquid shear forces) between the treatment materials at the velocity interface. - Maximum rotation speed (21,500) rpm This machine is equipped with a specially developed 0.8KW totally enclosed high-frequency motor and is driven by an inverter. The variation in rotation speed due to load fluctuations is minimal, and the rated operation is continuous. (It is the same method as production machines.) - Safety design The rotor is covered by a screen, and the rotor shaft is covered by the casing, ensuring that there is no exposure of high-speed rotating parts, emphasizing safety in design. (Excluding the Claire Mix Dissolver.) - Excellent cleaning capability with sanitary specifications The shape of the stirring section (liquid contact section) is smooth, minimizing the surface area for liquid adhesion, which enhances cleanability. Steam sterilization is possible. - Claire Mix Dissolver By attaching the R4 rotor without a screen, it demonstrates excellent capabilities for mixing and dissolving. It is possible to disperse and dissolve water-soluble polymers and other substances in a short time without breaking them down into low molecular weights.
