CreaMix is a precision dispersing, stirring, and emulsifying machine that uses a unique technology to generate liquid-liquid shear forces. The treatment material, given kinetic energy by a high-speed rotating rotor, increases in velocity as it passes through the screen slit section, forming a pulsating jet flow within the treatment material in the tank. This generates shear forces (liquid-liquid shear forces) between the treatment materials at the velocity interface.
