We are considering drying and heat treatment using a rotary kiln method, and we are preparing a demonstration test machine for customers who are troubled by the following questions: - Is it possible to dry and heat treat using the rotary kiln method? - What time and temperature can be used for heat treatment? - We want to determine the size and specifications of the production machine. Based on the results of the demonstration test, we will design and propose the optimal rotary kiln. Please let us know the material specifications, drying and heat treatment conditions, and target specifications you are considering. After a preliminary meeting, we will decide on the method, schedule, and costs for the demonstration test. (Please note that we may decline based on factors such as material flowability and generated gases.)

However, if the heat treatment temperature varies over time, it will be batch processing. Additionally, heat treatment with controlled atmosphere using nitrogen or oxygen gas is also possible.
