We have started the production and sale of "Takaran rivets and taiko rivets" utilizing the forging technology of Sanjo City, known as the town of metalwork. Through collaboration with ancient techniques, we can provide high quality products. Our company is responsible for the stainless steel division of the Kodo Group, and we have a support system in place from the group companies (Kodo Seisakusho and Buntoko Kodo Marine Tools Co., Ltd.), allowing us to accept orders not only for stainless steel but also for steel materials. We also accommodate requests for lost wax and castings according to customer needs. Our group possesses a unique technology for upset forging, which is one of the few in the country, improving the material yield rate to 80%, achieving a reduction in processing time and material costs, and enabling a manufacturing cost reduction of 10% to 30% compared to products made by welding or die forging of the same type. Since we manufacture molds based only on the dimensions of the processed parts (the forged parts that change shape), significant reductions in both mold and material costs are possible.
