In recent years, customer demands have diversified and become more specialized, leading to an increasing number of cases where customers seek custom devices that cannot be satisfied by commercially available equipment. While major analytical instrument manufacturers may find it unfeasible to produce certain devices due to production volume constraints, we, as a small company, utilize our agility to meet customer needs. The key point in creating custom devices for each individual customer and ensuring their satisfaction lies in meticulous communication with the customer. We engage in thorough discussions regarding new specifications and collaborate closely with customers to develop the product.
