After working in a major manufacturing company for processing, mechanical design, patents, cost improvement (VE), and production management until the age of 55, I am now supporting overall management as a small and medium-sized enterprise consultant, from top management to on-site improvements.

Mainly improving and reforming the management of small and medium-sized manufacturing industries. As means, we will engage in new market entry, new product development, utilization of patents, productivity enhancement, leveraging ISO 9001 and the Japan Quality Award, revitalizing organizations, and cost improvement through VE (Value Engineering) methods.
