The "SLR-429M" is an embedded wireless module designed for ease of use. The SLR-429M-RS2 is an RS232C interface board equipped with the SLR-429M. Since it is equipped with the SLR-429M, which has obtained the Technical Regulation Conformity Mark (Type Approval), a license for the radio station is not required.
