2.4GHz band

Wireless devices in the 2.4GHz band comply with ARIB STD-T66 and can control serial data or continuous contacts. The KST/KSR series and NT/NR series can control continuous contacts in a 1:1 ratio, and frequency hopping allows multiple sets of products to be used in one area. STD-503 is a wireless module that uses the 2.4GHz band for serial data transmission, and by adopting DSSS and true diversity methods, it enables communication over approximately 300 meters in line of sight.

2.4GHz Band [Light Industry] KS Series Wireless Waterproof Remote Control

Waterproof wireless remote control for industrial applications born from customer requests, with 2 to 4 contacts (continuous control).

The KST2.4W and KSR2.4/KSR2.4RY are products born from customer requests. Our customers often use them for industrial applications, so we have enhanced their waterproofing and robustness to suit industrial use, and ensured reliability in communication by supporting a Hamming distance of 6. Additionally, a buzzer sounds according to the button pressed, and the link status can be confirmed via an LED. To allow multiple systems to operate in the same area, we have adopted our unique frequency hopping technology, enabling simultaneous operation of over 10 sets. The control units are compatible with 9V, 12V, and 24V systems, and the communication range is approximately 100 meters in line of sight. The product has obtained the Technical Compliance Mark and can be used without any licensing procedures. The term "light industry" is named with the assumption that it can be used in somewhat harsh environments as a general-purpose industrial product, targeting civil engineering, construction, vehicles, welfare, agriculture, and more. It is intended for applications requiring continuous control, such as operating a motor while a button is pressed. 2.4GHz Band NT-4/NR-1 Series Wireless Remote Control

The 2.4GHz wireless remote control system NT-4 and NR-1 is a wireless device compliant with the ARIB standard STD-T66 "Second Generation Low Power Data Communication System." Since it has the Technical Compliance Mark, there is no need for customers to apply for a license. The remote control NT-4 is a compact button type that can be used with a lithium battery CR2032 (1 piece). It supports 3-contact, 4-contact, and 6-contact configurations, allowing you to choose from four types. The output unit NR-1 supports 6 channels of contact output. The output is a photo MOSFET output, which can directly drive a relay. Additionally, the output operation mode can be selected from three modes according to the application. While the button on the remote control is pressed, continuous output can be generated from the NR-1. Since it has a technical conformity mark, there is no need for customers to apply for a license. It is a compact button-type remote that can be powered by a single CR2032 lithium battery. The estimated communication distance is approximately 100 meters under line-of-sight conditions. Because it uses the 2.4GHz frequency band, continuous transmission is possible, and by adopting frequency hopping (FH) transmission method, it reduces communication interference and disruption from other wireless devices using the 2.4GHz band.
