In recent years, the coating solutions used have become diverse and varied, and there are quite a few new development liquids as well. In response to the voices of users asking, "Is it possible to accommodate this with a single die for research and development?" we have manufactured a solution. The design is tailored to fit all customer installation locations, requiring only the connection of piping. It is also possible to install a vacuum chamber. Additionally, the height and angle of the die can be adjusted. For customers who are unsure about the lip shape and want to try several types, we also offer a lip exchange type die (different materials are also acceptable!). We have received very positive feedback from users who wish to keep costs as low as possible.

T-dies and hanger dies for extrusion lamination feature a significant reduction in "eye mucus" and "stripes," and are compatible with ozone. They are highly durable, making them resistant to scratches, and if scratched, they can be repaired simply by polishing! For coating dies, we offer high-hardness alloy bonded dies and lips as an option to address issues such as lip wear caused by hard fillers in the coating liquid. There are various gaps in the world. In particular, accurately measuring (managing) the slits (gaps) of dies and nozzles, which require ultra-precise management, has been a challenge for many companies. Traditional measuring instruments have various issues, such as: - High initial costs - Measurements cannot be taken without personnel who understand how to use them - Limitations on measurement locations due to equipment handling constraints - Measurements take a considerable amount of time We have addressed these problems with our ultra-grinding technology. With our ultra-precise gap measuring taper gauge (PAT.4116999), measurements can be taken anytime, anywhere, by anyone. Simply insert the gauge lightly into the gap (slit) and read the scale where it stops. By the way, the smallest scale is 1μm!! (2μm, 5μm, 10μm) This gauge is the standard for ultra-precise gap measurement. *It is used for inspecting all dies and nozzles manufactured by our company. *We will not engage in transactions if deemed for resale purposes.

• Lithium-ion battery

Metals are diverse and each has different characteristics, requiring different appropriate heat treatment methods (such as temperature and time) for each material. Additionally, when some processing is applied to the metal (the processed material), factors like processing heat can cause the metal structure to become unbalanced, leading to internal stress that accumulates, known as residual stress. As a countermeasure, heat treatments such as "stress relief annealing" are used to uniform the stress distribution. The question of "how to reduce residual stress" greatly influences the precision of the product. Issues such as lack of precision during machining or deterioration of precision due to aging distortions can often be resolved through a planned heat treatment process. Our company, well-versed in metal heat treatment, responds to various customer demands.

• Surface treatment contract service

We manufacture high-precision, low-cost, and short-delivery products according to customer specifications by performing all processes in-house, from heat treatment to machining to ultra-precision mirror finishing, for multi-purpose coating dies, nozzles, and peripheral devices used in FPD, semiconductors, optics, and electronic component materials. We can finish materials with the same precision, regardless of whether they are magnetic or non-magnetic. Additionally, we have developed a die opening mechanism (PAT.3447987) that splits the die body into two on a frame. This mechanism significantly reduces the cleaning time inside the die and resolves the issue of potential scratches that could occur during removal and reinstallation, which was a problem in the past. We also accept overhauls of currently used dies and urgent repairs for scratches. (Grinding room operates 24 hours!)
