The "APGS-612-ROBO" is a packing insertion device that manually inserts square GW into can lids and automatically presses round PG into them. Lids are stacked manually into the lid and PG magazine, and the stacked lids are cut out in two rounds of six columns, with 12 pieces being automatically transferred to the next stage by the transfer (T/F) device. In the GW stage, GW is manually inserted, and the presence of GW and any protrusion of GW are inspected (if there is a defect, it returns to the origin of the (T/F) for correction of GW and lid, and restarts at PB.ON) before being transferred to the next process for PG insertion and pressing.
