The "SSF-1600 model" is an instrument that continuously measures the concentration of suspended solids (SS) in wastewater, sewage, and industrial effluents, as well as the concentration of activated sludge (MLSS) in aeration tanks, using an optical system. It consists of a small, lightweight infrared detector that is immersed in the sample water and a converter that outputs the SS concentration as DC 4-20mA and RS-485. "SOLITAX" is a turbidity and SS meter available in two types: immersion type and pipe insertion type, which does not require sampling. The immersion type detector can be selected from two materials: resin (PVC) and metal (SUS). The pipe insertion type detector is available only in metal (SUS). The "SONATAXsc" emits ultrasonic waves underwater, receives the reflected waves from the sludge, and determines the echo intensity to capture the sludge interface. The sludge level can be selected as either the depth from the water surface or the height from the bottom of the tank.
