Our company is based on high-density coils with a packing density of over 85% (compared to the usual 74-75% for standard coils), and we have established special coil processing techniques that involve "bending," "compressing," "molding," and "over-molding," which have traditionally been considered taboo in the coil industry. Of course, we have established care for coating damage caused by these processes, and there have been no incidents related to the coating in products used for mass production. Recently, we have seen a surge in prototypes from major domestic automotive manufacturers and machinery manufacturers, riding the wave of electrification in the automotive industry. This technology has facilitated the miniaturization, high performance, high precision, and lightweighting of various motors that were previously deemed impossible. Customers utilizing this technology have been able to differentiate themselves from competitors and achieve unprecedented results. In addition to this motor-related technology, our bobbin-type coils feature a special winding technique that can keep electrical characteristics (resistance, inductance) within ±1%, compared to the usual ±3% to 5% range, contributing to differentiation in the sensor field.
