We are an independent company that aims to develop and sell software for analyzing physical phenomena in the fields of vacuum, plasma, rarefied gases, and gas electronics. We consider creativity, development capability, technical expertise, and competitiveness as our corporate spirit.
Business Activities
We develop and sell our own simulation software, PEGASUS (Plasma Materials Process/Dilute Gas Integrated Simulation Tool), which analyzes physical phenomena in the fields of vacuum, plasma, and dilute gas technology. We also provide technical contract analysis, special customization, and custom software development related to this. PEGASUS can analyze particle behavior in a vacuum, plasma behavior, deposition/etching behavior, and more. This software is utilized by engineers and researchers involved in the development of thin film technologies such as vapor deposition, CVD, sputtering, ion plating, dry etching, and surface modification in industries including semiconductors, displays, optics, electronics, IT, and environmental sectors. It serves as a supporting simulation software aimed at improving the efficiency of "design, development, improvement, and evaluation of equipment," "development and manufacturing of materials and devices," and "prediction, development, and improvement of process technology," while reducing experimental and prototyping costs.
