**What is Laser Cleaning?** Laser cleaning is a new cleaning method that involves irradiating a target object with laser light, utilizing the evaporation of contaminants and shock pressure to detach them from the material. By directing the laser at the area to be cleaned, the contaminants are evaporated through energy absorption, while simultaneously, plasma is rapidly generated on the irradiated surface, causing the target contaminants to be removed from the base material due to the shockwave and thermal expansion pressure. **Advantages of Laser Cleaners** 1. **Almost Zero Damage to Materials** As a non-contact cleaning method, it allows for the removal of contaminants with very minimal damage to the base material.
