This is a precision pressure heating device that can be used for various applications, such as setting a sheet-like workpiece between upper and lower platens and pressing it against a heated platen using a servo motor-driven linear actuator to thermally bond the workpiece, or for heat transfer molding by sandwiching a plate-shaped mold together. Traceability management is also possible. ◆Roll Gap Control → Maintains a uniform gap, making it ideal for the thickness adjustment process of the workpiece. ◆Reduction of Processing Time → By dividing the process and adopting the single piece flow method, the time for decompression, heating & pressurization, and cooling is shortened, improving productivity. ◆Cost Reduction & Energy Saving → No repeated heating and cooling, resulting in low power consumption.
