We primarily engage in technology development and application development using patented electronic irradiation vacuum deposition technology. Additionally: 1. We have developed a technology that significantly increases the adhesion strength to 1 Kg/1 cm² for fluororesin, polycarbonate, POP, and polyimide resins and films, which previously had weak adhesion and were difficult to vacuum deposit. 2. We can simultaneously deposit copper on both sides of plastic films such as polyimide films, enabling the formation of patterns that allow for 2 μm through-hole processing and easy miniaturization of patterns. This also reduces the manufacturing process for multilayer substrates, significantly lowering the production costs of flexible substrates. 3. With a simple process, we can achieve 30 μm line and space hyper-pattern processing on polyimide films. 4. Using our patented deposition technology, we can form an alumina layer on alumina films through a simple process, and with the same technology, we can perform vacuum plating of aluminum on a large number of metal parts at once. We have developed ceramic deposition using a patented ultrasonic mist atmospheric pressure deposition method. This technology involves atomizing a metal sol solution with ultrasonic waves and performing soft landing deposition at atmospheric pressures of 300 to 400 degrees. The adhesion strength is extremely strong, and the coating thickness can be set based on the deposition time.
