This is a standard factory map case with a popular 14-tier design. It features an all-locking mechanism in two locations for enhanced security. It is a multi-tier film storage cabinet capable of managing large drawings measuring 1310×930, made to order and not listed in catalog products, and has been well-received by many customers. We have a strong track record with large drawers (such as NA-10044). We received an order for 13 large units. This is a complete set consisting of a base and main body (7 tiers × 2 sets). We have extensive experience in custom manufacturing large drawers, and we provide detailed support after discussing storage items, load capacity, size, as well as installation and delivery conditions.

【Case 1】 "Development Case of Sheet Metal for Catalog Sorting Machine" We manufactured and delivered a total of 20 units of a device designed to quickly sort catalogs (A4 envelopes). The system allows for replenishment from the back and picking from the front. We received a request to install sports lockers in the changing room of the sports facility located within the office. We produced and installed bench-type sports lockers from production to delivery. We carefully discussed the size and other details to make the clean and well-equipped space more user-friendly and to encourage a mindset of "Let's use it frequently!" You chose the corporate color for the mat.

This is a locker with a combination lock type that can manage 100 tablets (50 slots × 2 units). It features a 4-digit combination setting and double locking with a key, enhancing the security level. While there have been many successful lockers for sharing mobile phones and computers, this is the first time a locker has been designed to store such a large number of tablets. It has been successfully customized with size and slot settings tailored to the items being stored.

We have created the layout to fit the room's design based on the arrangement diagram. We have also carefully considered the size and shape of the sports lockers to achieve a layout that allows for more efficient operation. The depth is divided into two sections, and the seats are designed for comfort. The cushion seats are pink, adding a touch of femininity. A total of 18 units were delivered (2 sets of 5 connected lockers and 2 sets of 4 connected lockers). We have manufactured them as custom-made specifications, different from our standard sports locker.

As a locker for product delivery... We have received requests for implementation from cleaning chain stores. This is our fourth order since 2015. This locker is used for the delivery of cleaning items and features a large window that allows for checking whether items are inside. This time, since it will be used in a slightly smaller space, we have created it with a depth that is 50mm shorter than usual.

We have received a request for lockers that allow drivers to manage their ETC cards themselves. A total of 18 locations will be equipped with a number of compartments corresponding to the number of trucks, based on a design of 7 tiers in a single column, ensuring space for card storage, with a height of 400mm for the base. Additionally, an acrylic window (W30mm × H40mm) has been incorporated to allow for easy verification of card presence, and the lockers are designed with a master key system for easier management by each administrator. In the future, if the number of trucks increases, the lockers can be connected horizontally by ordering additional units based on the original design of 7 tiers in a single column, making this storage locker a solution that relentlessly pursues "convenience" for our customers.

We delivered 44 sports lockers to a local baseball field. We received an order for our standard sports lockers, and we were able to smoothly proceed from delivery to installation. Since they are panel-structured knockdown assembly type, we are also responsible for the on-site construction.

We have introduced 15 units as luggage storage while customers interact with the cats at the 'CatPlus' facility located within the newly opened PetPlus Makuhari Shintoshin store. The new product "Cube_4 each" comes in 8 color variations, with door types available with or without windows, and you can choose from 4 types of locks. At Jinba Works, we possess the design and manufacturing know-how for a (so-called) "iron safe" with a thickness of approximately 1.6mm to 3.2mm, rather than a safe with fire resistance and other features.

We received a request for lockers to be used by players of a rugby top league team and a corporate baseball team. The design features a more spacious layout than before, allowing players to sit on leather seats while changing. We delivered 45 units each for the rugby team and the baseball team, totaling 90 units.

We received a direct request from an independent administrative agency to install one unit each on four large training ships representing Japan. To allow trainees to use them in rotation, we used padlocks. We have designed the structure to ensure that the locks do not sway even when the ships are rocking. We delivered the units in accordance with the ships' port stay times, meeting your requirements. Depending on the application, we have made adjustments, such as using stainless steel for some parts. To propose the structure of the lockers, we created sample prototypes in advance, and after your approval, we proceeded with production.

A refreshing corporate image and space creation with a combination of blue and white... We have delivered 24 units to an IT company. The "Cube_4 each," installed in a corner of the office as personal lockers for employees, provides a calm impression to the space with its two-colored (white and blue) doors while also ensuring a bright and vibrant atmosphere. The "Cube_4 each" comes standard with four types of locks and two types of doors (with and without windows). The specifications ordered this time include doors with windows, allowing for easy visibility of the contents, and the dial lock is convenient as it eliminates the need to carry or worry about losing keys. Additionally, while it is made of sturdy steel, it is lightweight, making it easy to add or relocate units in response to changes in the number of employees, and it can be easily stacked with just one screwdriver, which is a notable feature.

We received a direct request from a dental clinic in Kyoto Prefecture for the production of medical equipment. We also handled the delivery and installation. This product is characterized by its ability to allow light to enter from the back. The upper back part has an acrylic panel provided by the customer installed. In relation to the installation of the acrylic panel, we communicated directly with the acrylic panel manufacturer to exchange opinions on points to consider during installation. The lower section is designed to store models of patients' dental impressions, so the drawers are sized to fit the dimensions of the models.

【Case 1】 "Custom-made Niches for Churches (4 Compartments and 6 Compartments)" We received an order for two types of niche lockers from an architectural design office. These will store memorial tablets and urns. There are two types: 4 compartments and 6 compartments, featuring a chic brown color with a prominent cross design. This project was for installation in a church. We inquired about the installation space, required internal dimensions, and the number of compartments needed, and designed it custom-made. The lower section includes double-opening storage. This time, we expressed the cross through silk printing, resulting in a custom-made design that perfectly matches the atmosphere. We also considered functionality with features like a "latch handle" for ease of use, "adjustable shelves" for height modification, and "vibration-damping sheets" to enhance door strength and eliminate metallic sounds. We received a request for a locker to store "a box containing ashes." We designed the locker based on the required size and number of compartments (→ custom order form), and finished it with a design that matches the building (adding a cross accent to each door). A total of 7 units were delivered. The cross accent on the locker doors was expressed through silk printing. The appearance made a strong impression, and it was completed to match the building, resulting in great satisfaction from the customer.

The depth dimension is kept at 400mm, arranged in a U-shape along the wall. Based on a basic span of 1500mm, the space for the clubroom was measured and equipped accordingly. In addition to the sports lockers, open racks and uniform racks were also delivered. I believe this has become a model case for the sports lockers designed for clubrooms, as they fit neatly. We are also able to produce custom sizes and sub-order specifications from our standard sports locker models.

We received a request through a sales agent from a nearby private university. They asked us to custom-make a locked lectern that can store cameras and laptops in preparation for remote web classes in the second semester. We produced 150 units in a short timeframe. This custom-made product is designed to be used easily by professors moving between classrooms. We visited the university to gather information on their operations, submitted proposal drawings and estimates, and were able to secure the order. We also handled the delivery of the required number of units to each building. The professors were very satisfied with the results.

After meeting with the owner on-site to discuss the specifications and layout of the lockers, we were able to deliver lockers that fit perfectly in the space. Considering the convenience for the customer, we included a keypad battery lock. The interior of the lockers has a very simple structure, but we added some ingenuity to the shelves, making it possible to store boots as well.
