We received a request for a "storage shelf for precision jigs" to be used in the factory of a major heavy industry company.
To meet customer requirements such as internal dimensions, stroke (over 800mm), and load capacity (90kg), we have designed a custom solution. With a very large size, product verification work was also conducted in-house, ensuring quality assurance. This product utilizes our sheet metal technology, featuring a double bearing structure, load settings for maximum stroke, and deflection tolerance verification. The large-sized drawers significantly depend on bending precision and welding techniques for the quality of the final product. At Nihara Works, we design and manufacture based on the customer's requirements.
