• Board to FPC connector

The design incorporates a metal hold-down to enhance the rigidity of the connector while also featuring a mechanism to prevent partial mating. Additionally, wiring space has been secured at the bottom of the connector, increasing the flexibility of circuit design. The product is designed to allow visual confirmation of the mating state (when the receptacle is mounted on the FPC).

• Board to FPC connector

This is an FPC connector with a 0.3 mm pitch. The mounting height is 0.9 mm (max. 1.0 mm). It achieves a high FPC holding force with a locking mechanism in the notch of the FPC and inside the connector. Despite its height of 0.9 mm, it supports FPCs with a thickness of 0.2 mm. The top and bottom contact structure allows it to be used in a wide range of products.

Easy insertion and removal work with Non-ZIF structure and auto-lock. Adopts an easy removal structure, allowing FFC/FPC to be removed in one action even in hard-to-reach environments during maintenance. Compatible with shielded FFC and supports high-speed transmission (4+ Gbps). Supports operating temperature (-40℃ - +125℃).

Due to the increased demand for lower loss resulting from the acceleration of data transfer speeds and concerns about interference with the frequency bands of various antennas inside IoT devices, noise countermeasures in the electronic components installed within devices are required. Our company has contributed to the high performance of information and communication equipment through the development and sale of fine coaxial connectors in the "CABLINE(R) series." In this context, we have developed the "CABLINE(R)-VS II," a fine coaxial connector compatible with Thunderbolt(TM) 3 (20 Gbps/lane), which incorporates noise countermeasures using a 360-degree EMI shield cover. This fine coaxial connector, featuring a fully shielded cover, provides a solution that balances noise countermeasures within devices and compliance with high-speed transmission standards. By adopting a 360-degree shield cover, EMI is reduced, and design flexibility is enhanced. Additionally, there is no need for extra measures such as applying shield tape or attaching separate shield covers for noise countermeasures.

The 【MHF I LK】 is a super low-profile antenna connector that achieves a locking engagement retention force of 20N through a sliding lock mechanism. It eliminates the need for fixing work with adhesives, making it particularly suitable for applications exposed to strong impacts and vibrations, such as in automobiles, aircraft, and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). It supports transmission standards such as Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, M2M, IoT, SigFox, WiSUN, NB-IoT, and LoRa. It can be used with various cable sizes and lengths.

The "CABLINE-VS" is a horizontal plug-in type thin coaxial connector with a 0.5mm pitch. Optimized design improves transmission efficiency.
