New Product: Two-Component Mixing Dispenser "ID-200R"

A two-component mixing dispenser equipped with the necessary functions for two-component mixing. The discharge volume and mixing ratio can be accurately set with numerical values.

This is a two-component dispenser that achieves high-precision mixed dispensing, driven by a 5-phase stepping motor, with a control unit specially designed for two-liquid discharge, utilizing a micro gear pump with quantitative stability. It is a cartridge-type forced mixing mixer that allows for optimal conditions to be selected based on the shape, volume, and rotation speed of the mixing rotor. This device is suitable for sealing processes that require minute amounts of two-component adhesives. Features: Based on the fundamental data of the incorporated pump, the discharge volume, discharge time, and suck-back amount can be easily set via a touch panel. The MGP-type gear pump, with its high volumetric efficiency, ensures that changes in discharge volume and mixing ratio due to variations in temperature and viscosity are minimal, allowing for long-term stable two-component mixed dispensing. The mixer, compatible with fast-curing resins and equipped with a cleaning mechanism, enables stable dispensing for extended periods without nozzle clogging. The built-in discharge volume counter allows for tank level management without the need for a level sensor. It can memorize 31 different channel settings.
