It allows for degassing while transferring liquids, and retains the characteristics of conventional twin-screw pumps, such as non-contact, shear-free, pulsation-free, and non-agitation. **Blending Pump (BQ Type)** This is a twin-screw pump with stirring functionality that can mix multiple liquids while transferring them with just the pump itself. It eliminates the need for a separate stirrer (mixing process) that was previously necessary in the manufacturing process, dramatically simplifying the process by allowing a single compact pump to perform both liquid transfer and mixing. The "Deforming Pump" is a pump that achieves high self-priming (-10m) "defoaming liquid transfer" while possessing the characteristics of a two-axis screw pump, such as non-contact, no shear, no pulsation, and no agitation. Since the shaft seal does not come into contact with the liquid, a mechanical seal is unnecessary. There is no concern about contamination from metal powders or other materials due to the absence of contact between parts.
