1. Cost reduction and early amortization of molds through machining-free processes Machining-free refers to a technology that eliminates the need for machining by enhancing the precision of molds for bearing holes, oil seal holes, mating surfaces, etc., utilizing the high reproducibility of die casting. By adopting a machining-free approach, it is possible to reduce machining costs and achieve early amortization of molds. 2. Improvement of quality and reduction of defect rates through vacuum die casting Vacuum die casting is a method of casting in a vacuum and reduced pressure within the mold. The amount of gas within our products can be approximately 5cc/100g of aluminum, depending on the shape. This method reduces air entrapment and improves the flow of molten metal, enabling the production of dense internal structures with minimal defects, thus improving material delivery quality and reducing defect rates. 3. Responding with materials that meet customer needs Currently, about 95% of aluminum die casting production in Japan is made from the alloy ADC12. Our company primarily produces ADC12, but we also use ADC3 for corrosion resistance and ADC6 for toughness, allowing us to respond with materials that meet customer needs. - Engine bracket for trucks - Arm for horizontal multi-joint robots - Case for large LED floodlights - Clutch case for small tractors - Cylinder block for two-cylinder general-purpose engines - Steering gearbox for light vehicles - Muffler cover for jet skis - Oil case for outboard motors - Cylinder block for four-cylinder marine engines - Gear case for marine engines
