Complete automation of robot polishing. With the integration of a tool changer, it is possible to fully automate everything from weld bead removal to rough grinding and finishing polishing with a single machine, featuring an end effector that integrates high-speed autonomous pressure correction technology! Curved surface polishing can also be easily set up, eliminating the need for programming effort.

Automation is possible. The AAK405, 505, and 605 series can be selected from three types according to motor output and maximum pressing force levels. It supports all types of polishing, from single action to double action and polishing using paper. A paper changer is also available.
This technology automatically corrects the "difference" in contact pressure (force) generated during polishing and grinding processes that require skilled techniques, allowing for consistent polishing/grinding at the set pressing force without being affected by fast processing speeds or gravitational load differences due to angles.
With the end effector (ACF) using ACT technology, it maintains constant contact with the workpiece at the set force by instantly adjusting the stroke extension and contraction in response to dimensional tolerances, curved shapes, and non-flat surfaces of the workpiece.
This technology can increase the speed of the device or robot's trajectory, thereby improving processing speed and cycle time. Furthermore, it automatically corrects tool load variations caused by gravity changes due to the robot's angle, ensuring uniform pressing pressure from any angle and enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
