2-axis (elevation and tilt) experimental dip coater: DC300S2

In vertical lifting, it is easy for liquid pooling to occur on complex-shaped workpieces. By tilting the workpiece to an angle that allows the liquid to flow easily during the ascent (X-axis side) and adjusting the inclination (Y-axis side), it is possible to prevent liquid pooling and achieve a more uniform coating film.
*For high-viscosity liquids that may cause dripping due to the posture after lifting, utilizing the tilting function to change the workpiece's posture can also help prevent dripping.
As an option, by adding an additional axis and incorporating a rotation function to the tilt, it is possible to propose a 3-axis type that allows for more uniform film formation on cylindrical workpieces by flowing the liquid evenly over the surface.
