Launch of the industrial large-format 3D printer 'CSLA-9000' designed to accommodate larger sizes and longer lengths.

Cimet Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City, President: Shigehisa Ishiyama), a 3D printer manufacturer of the Nabtesco Group, has developed a new industrial large-scale photopolymerization device, the 'CSLA-9000*1', from the RapidMeister series, which began sales in April 2023.
The 'CSLA-9000' is equipped with a newly developed recoater that does not generate bubbles. Compared to existing models, it enables the creation of models with higher functionality and transparency. Additionally, we have prepared a large work size (W900×D700×H400mm) that allows for the creation of large and long models, which previously required segmented construction and manual adhesion by craftsmen, in a single piece.
This product will be exhibited at the 'Next Generation Printer Exhibition' held at Tokyo Big Sight starting June 21 (Wednesday). Please consider it along with the low-cost resin "TSR-852," which combines the appearance and toughness of polypropylene and began sales in March 2023.

From Cmet, a pioneer of 3D printers in Japan, we have newly launched a large-scale stereolithography (SLA) printer that minimizes equipment layout and further improves work efficiency, while maintaining a large work size. It can produce large and long-shaped models in one go (over 1,000mm), significantly reducing post-processing such as bonding and assembly. Not only can it create large models, but it can also produce precision parts like connectors with just one machine.
