In May 2023, we established the "Thermal Technology Research Institute," and over the past year, we have conducted numerous tests. ~ Test Equipment Overview ~ ◇ Aluminum Melting Holding Furnace This furnace allows for verification tests of "melt quality" and "melting efficiency" through hydrogen combustion melting. It is an actual machine-based aluminum melting furnace. It accommodates various types of workpieces. In the fiscal year 2023, we conducted optimization tests of heat sources with approximately 20 customers. ◇ Direct Combustion Deodorization Device (On-site Testing Available) A movable demo unit that can conduct tests using actual odors at customer factories. - Treatable components: VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and various other odors. - Treatment capacity/temperature: Max. 1.0 m³N/min / 760℃ ⚪︎ Hydrogen Combustion Gas Burner As a manufacturer of industrial gas burners, we are advancing the adaptation of our existing lineup to hydrogen. Optimal heat source! Testable with four heat sources. We propose suitable heating equipment for work using gas/electric/hybrid heat sources! Thorough testing can be conducted together with our customers.

QCO Test Equipment ■ You can test the painting and drying processes in an environment close to an actual production site. Temperature measurements of the workpiece can be conducted, allowing for the derivation of optimal heating patterns by changing the heat source. The equipment can accommodate large and long workpieces, so please feel free to consult us about your requirements. ■ Gas hot air & jet heating zone With a jet stream of 350°C and 50m/sec, it can handle not only painting and drying but also other heating applications. Hydrogen combustion is also possible, allowing for the evaluation of its impact on products. A test furnace based on actual equipment that uses a hydrogen burner for melting and an electric heater for holding. It is possible to conduct thorough tests for decarbonization in aluminum casting sites together with our customers!

It is possible to conduct aluminum melting tests using hydrogen combustion with ingot input. Please use it to verify the quality of the molten metal and its impact on the products. The melting gas burner employs a hydrogen burner and electric heaters for retention! It is a hybrid furnace that enables carbon neutrality. By exchanging burner components, you can switch between fuel gases (hydrogen/LNG (natural gas)/LPG), allowing for adaptability based on gas supply trends. Additionally, the furnace structure has a high oxide suppression effect, which you can verify in actual operation. We are committed to solving problems in aluminum casting sites and promoting low carbonization. The RNP-45 is a surface mount power film resistor designed to be compatible with the TO-252 package, weighing only 0.33 grams, with a thermal resistance of 3.0°C/W and a rated power of 45W. The resistive element is a pulse-resistant thick film, featuring excellent high-frequency characteristics with a reactance component of 2.7pF and 14.7nH, while also having a pulse power performance of 1kW-1µs despite its small size. The operating temperature range is from -55 °C to +175 °C. Additionally, it incorporates several design features, such as the removal of the metal flange to maximize the thermal performance of the resistor, compatibility with standard reflow SAC solder joints instead of wire bond connections, making it suitable for automatic mounting, an increased resistive element area to enhance surge performance, and the adoption of a 0.8mm substrate to strengthen bending stress.

● This is a leak testing device for small electronic components that does not use fluorinated inert liquids (PFAS-free). ● There is no longer a need for unstable visual confirmation through liquid immersion testing. The "Mechanical Stitching Method" by Nichinichisui Road Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new technique that allows for the repair of metal cracks without the application of heat. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without causing any thermal impact to the base material. Repairs can be carried out even in environments where open flames cannot be used.
